These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our invoicing app, offering unlimited invoices, quotes, client management, expense tracking, and Stripe payments for $4.99/month after a 3-day free trial. By signing up or using Invos, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of Invos

You may use Invos to:

• Create unlimited invoices and quotes, including internal notes.
• Manage clients with details and internal notes.
• Track expenses and cash flow.
• Integrate with Stripe for payments.
• You must be 18+ and use Invos for lawful purposes only.

3. Your Account

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing accurate information (e.g., email, business name, address).
• Keeping your password secure.
• Notifying us of unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations (e.g., fraud, non-payment).

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Invos offers:

• A 3-day free trial, no credit card required.
• Monthly plan: $4.99/month, billed via Stripe post-trial.
• Cancel anytime via the dashboard—access ends immediately.
• No refunds for subscriptions unless required by law.
• Failed payments may lead to account suspension until resolved.

5. Your Content

You own your data (e.g., invoices, quotes, client info, notes, logos). We:

• Use it only to provide Invos services (e.g., PDF generation, payment processing).
• Require a non-exclusive license to process it.
• May delete it 12 months after account closure per our Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Invos for illegal activities or fraudulent invoicing.
• Upload harmful content (e.g., malware, offensive material).
• Reverse-engineer, hack, or misuse our app.
• Spam clients via invoices or quotes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Invos is provided “as is.” We:

• Are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
• Cap liability at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
• Do not guarantee uninterrupted service (e.g., outages, third-party failures).

8. Termination

We may terminate your access for:

• Non-payment, Terms violations, or fraudulent activity.
• You can cancel anytime via the dashboard; trial users lose access post-trial without subscribing.
• Data may be deleted 12 months after termination.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Florida, unless prohibited by law. You waive class action rights.

10. Changes to Terms
