1. Introduction

Welcome to Invos, provided by invos.app ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our invoicing app across the United States. By signing up or using Invos, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of Invos

You may use Invos to:

Create unlimited invoices and quotes.
Manage clients and track payments/expenses.
Integrate with Stripe for payments.
You must be 18+ and use Invos for lawful purposes only.

3. Your Account

Your responsibilities include:

Providing accurate signup information (e.g., email, business name).
Keeping your password secure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations (e.g., fraud).

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Invos offers:

Monthly plan: $10/month.
Yearly plan: $85/year (~$7.08/month, 29% savings).
Payments processed via Stripe; no refunds unless required by law.
Cancel anytime—access ends immediately.

5. Your Content

You own your data (e.g., invoices, client info, logos). We:

Use it only to provide Invos services.
Don’t claim ownership but need a license to process it (e.g., PDF generation).
May delete it after account closure per our Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use Invos for illegal activities.
Upload harmful content (e.g., malware).
Reverse-engineer or misuse our app.

7. Limitation of Liability

Invos is provided "as is." We:

Aren’t liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).
Cap liability at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Don’t guarantee uninterrupted service (e.g., outages).

8. Termination

We may terminate your access for:

Non-payment or Terms violations.
You can cancel anytime via the dashboard.
Data may be deleted 12 months after termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by U.S. federal law and Florida law, where invos.app is based.
