Welcome to Invos, an invoicing application created by invos.app to help you create unlimited invoices and quotes, manage clients, and process payments seamlessly across the United States. We’re committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Email, business name, address (street, city, state), phone number, and optionally your Stripe API key. Passwords are securely hashed.
• Payment Information: Subscription details and payment data via Stripe; we store IDs, not card details.
• Business Data: Client details, services, invoices/quotes, expenses, and your logo URL (via Cloudinary).
• Usage Data: Session IDs, IP addresses, and device info for functionality.
• Cookies: Session cookies for secure logins.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide Invos features: unlimited invoices/quotes, Stripe payments, and 12-hour support nationwide.
• Customize your experience with your logo on PDFs—no Invos branding.
• Process payments securely via Stripe.
• Maintain security with hashed passwords and session management.
• Improve Invos with anonymized usage data.

4. Your Branding, Your Way

We prioritize your brand identity. When you upload your logo via Cloudinary, it’s featured solely on your invoices and quotes. We don’t add watermarks or our app branding to your PDFs, ensuring they reflect your business alone.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We share data only as necessary:

• Stripe: For payments. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Cloudinary: For logo storage. See Cloudinary’s Privacy Policy.
• MongoDB Atlas: For secure database hosting.
• We don’t sell your data.

6. Data Security

We protect your data with encryption, secure hosting, and session timeouts. While we strive for top security, no system is infallible.

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Access, update, or delete your data via the dashboard or email.
• Remove your logo or cancel your subscription anytime.
